看到一个问题，为什么江苏教育学院2004年的毕业证信息是手写上去的？感觉很不正规的样子。04年的大学毕业证信息会是手写的，我第一个反应就是不可能，肯定是有人搞错了，后来看了下才知道，不是统招的，而是成人教育的证书，手写的信息很正常。

 在图上可以看到，包括姓名、性别，出生年月日、入学时间、毕业时间、专业、函授本科、校名，下方的时间等信息，都是靠手写填上去的。难怪有人说不正规，看上去的卖相确实不好，但这是真毕业证的图片。
