“三十多年来，我目睹了学校的沿革变迁。看着家乡办学条件日益改善，一个个来自农村贫困家庭的孩子通过读书成长成才，我始终盼着能为家乡教育尽些绵薄之力，希望孩子们能有一个良好的学习环境。”近日，一场捐赠仪式在广南县者兔乡中心学校会议室举行，广南县者兔乡中心学校教师陆兴情将省政府奖励的10万元全部捐给学校。

陆兴情，1970年出生于广南县者兔乡木乍村委会底龙村小组。自1991年9月参加工作以来便在广南县者兔乡任教。在他34年的教育生涯中，扎根过“一师一校”，轮转过多所完小，担任过班主任、校点负责人、完小校长、党支部书记。为了让学生接受更多知识，他因地制宜，实施“壮汉双语”教学法，在“二级复式”教学基础上主动申请开设“三级复式”教学班，让学生实现就地换座接受知识。在后勤岗位上，他积极发动群众集资建校，完成了5所学校的整体搬迁和10余所学校项目建设，两次被评为县级“敬业典范”。2024年8月，陆兴情被评为“2024年度云南省乡村学校从教20年以上优秀教师”，获云南省人民政府奖励10万元。本可以用来解决家庭建房困境，可他选择了将奖金全部捐献给者兔乡中心学校，用于乡村教育事业发展。

“父亲曾经常教导我，教师是最光荣的职业，要立德修身、为人师表，珍惜这份光荣，热爱这份事业。获奖后我跟家人商量，两个孩子已经大学毕业，学校、学生比我们更需要这10万元。家人也很支持，一致同意将奖金捐给家乡学校，也是我常年工作的地方。”陆兴情说道。“陆兴情老师把一片赤诚献给了教育事业，他爱岗敬业、爱校如家，在抓好本职工作的同时，积极牵线搭桥为学生争取爱心帮扶，在家庭并不富裕的情况下多次个人出资为困难学生购买学习用品，是个全心全意为教育的实干家。”多年来，陆兴情满怀对教育的热忱、对学生的热爱，以脚踏实地、实事求是的工作态度感染着周围的同事。

“我只是在能力范围内尽自己的一份心意，也是一份责任，要做的还远远不够。”陆兴情说，“看到孩子们的进步和健康成长就是我最大的快乐。在今后的工作中，我将继续坚守教育初心，脚踏实地做好每一项工作，为学生的成长贡献自己的力量。”
